ET Industrial Knock Out -Potassium Hydroxide Heavy Duty Degreaser

KNOCK OUT is a high-performance, water-based heavy duty cleaner degreaser formulated with strong caustic agents and penetrating surfactants. It’s ideal for industrial and commercial use, especially in areas with heavy grease buildup like workshops, kitchens, plant machinery, and concrete surfaces.

Knock Out Applications

• Heavy-duty degreasing of machinery, tools, and workshop floors
• Removal of oil and grease stains from concrete and hard surfaces
• Effective as a pressure washer additive for tough stain removal

Physical Properties

• Brown liquid
• High foaming action
• Solvent odour

Chemical Properties

• Contains Potassium Hydroxide
• Strong caustic-based formulation with organic solvents
• Enhanced with penetrating surfactants for deep cleaning

Environmental Impact

• RTU (Ready to Use) formula has low aquatic toxicity
• Does not persist in the environment or bioaccumulate
• All surfactants are readily biodegradable

Directions for Use

1. Remove excess grease or contaminants from the surface
2. Apply via spray, foam, or appropriate dispensing system
3. Allow 5–10 minutes contact time
4. Agitate or brush if necessary
5. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water or pressure wash

Dilution Guide

• General Cleaning (Medium Duty): 1:50 with water
• Heavy Duty Degreasing: 1:10 with water
• Pressure Cleaning: Up to 1:100 with water (as required)

Cautions

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes
• Do not inhale vapours
• Gloves and eye protection are recommended
• Not suitable for aluminium or galvanised surfaces
• Use with caution on painted surfaces; rinse promptly after use
