HYDRA-Seal is a ready-to-use, water-based penetrating siliconate sealer designed for porous concrete and limestone substrates. It delivers long-lasting, non-film-forming water repellence, stain resistance, and surface protection—while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface. This product maintains the natural look of the substrates.

Typical Appearance

• Form: Clear, colourless liquid
• Odour: None
• pH: 11–12
• Solubility: Completely water soluble
• Specific Gravity: ~1 g/mL @ 20°C
• Coverage: 2–8 m²/L depending on substrate porosity
• Shelf Life: 2 years (sealed, below 25°C)

Application Instructions

1. Ensure surface is clean and free from contaminants. Pools of water should be removed before application.
2. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours, during extreme weather, or if surface temperatures exceed 30°C.
3. Mix well before use. Perform a test patch before full application.
4. Apply a single, even coat to the point of saturation. Do not apply a second coat.
5. Avoid pooling. Remove excess product before drying with a soft-bristled broom.
6. Wipe any overspray on adjacent surfaces (glass, metal, painted areas) before it dries.
7. Allow 24 hours before foot traffic. Full cure may take up to 3 days.

Important Notes

• Penetrating sealer – bonds with substrate capillaries for deep protection
• Capillaries remain open – clean water-based stains promptly to avoid permanency
• Will not prevent surface etching or abrasion
• A slight darkening may occur on some substrates

• If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
• If in eyes: Rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
