ET Industrial Enhance-n
Enhance-n is a premium, ready-to-apply, penetrating siloxane sealer and enhancer formulated for aggregate concrete and concrete pavers. This water-based product darkens mortar and enhances the appearance of stone in aggregate concrete-based materials while providing superior water repellence and stain resistance. With a two-day barrier against oil ingress, it is advisable to remove oils as soon as possible from any surface or sealer.

Care and Maintenance
Enhance-n bonds with substrate capillary surfaces, providing superior oil and water repellent properties. However, prolonged contact with stains increases the likelihood of staining, so it is strongly recommended to clean stains as soon as possible to avoid permanence. Ease of cleaning is greatly enhanced with Enhance-n treatment.
Directions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean and free of all contaminants. It can be damp or wet, but pools of water should be removed prior to application.
- A test prior to application should be performed to assess suitability.
- Enhance-n should be mixed well before use and may be applied using a saturated brush, roller, paint pad, or low-pressure hand sprayer.
- The surface should be uniformly applied to saturation point without pooling; excess sealer must be removed before drying.
- If needed, additional coats can be applied after a minimum recoat time of 2 hours.
- Avoid traffic for at least 24 hours, with full curing taking up to 3 days.
- Clean equipment immediately with water after use.
Coverage
The coverage is approximately 3-12 m² per litre, depending on substrate porosity.

Precautions
This product should not be applied if rain is expected within 24 hours or if extreme weather conditions are anticipated. Ensure that surface temperatures do not exceed 30°C. Any overspray on adjacent surfaces such as glass or painted surfaces should be wiped clean with a damp rag before the sealer dries.
⚠️ Personal Safety
Enhance-n is considered hazardous material. Avoid breathing mists/spray. Wear protective gloves, eye protection, and face protection when handling. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately. If in eyes, hold eyes open and flood with water for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash affected area with water. Keep out of reach of children.
